Coming From the South
- Take Highway 97 North from I90 exit 106 at Ellensberg, Washington State or Hwy 3 at
Osoyoos, British Columbia.
- 9 km (5.5 miles) North of Penticton, turn LEFT off Hwy 97 on to the Agriculture Canada
Research Centre access road opposite SunOka beach. There is a flashing amber light over the
highway and signs to the Gardens (on the right) and the Research Centre (on the left).
 Coming From the North
- Take Highway 97A South at Sicamous (Trans-Canada Highway from the East) or Hwy 97 South at
Monte Creek (Trans-Canada Highway from the West) through Vernon, Kelowna and Summerland.
- 5 km (3 miles) South of the second set of traffic lights at Summerland (47 km = 29 miles
south of Kelowna) turn RIGHT off Hwy 97 on to the Agriculture Canada Research Centre access road
opposite SunOka beach. There is a flashing amber light over the highway and signs to the Gardens
and the Research Centre (on the right).
The gardens are 2 km (1 mile) up the hill through the high steel mesh gates.
